Send a meter reading
If you are submitting a reading within your billing months, an updated bill will be received within five working days. If the reading is outside of your billing months or in line with the current reading, we will reference it on your account.
To complete the below form, you will need:
- your meter reading; we need the black figures only
- the meter serial number - you can find this on your bill
- your customer number - you can find this on your bill
- your company details
