Andy Coates
Andy joined the company in 2017 with extensive experience leading retail teams in the banking industry. Having been successful in several roles within the business including account management, business development and operations, he was appointed as Managing Director in July 2023.
Tamsyn Whitchurch
Tamsyn leads the customer services, billing and collections departments and is responsible for ensuring our customers receive industry leading service. Tamsyn joined with over 10 years experience leading customer service and collections teams.
Matt Coggins
A chartered management accountant, Matt joined the water2business team in 2019. He joined the team with five years industry experience and is responsible for Finance, Compliance and Management Information strategy.
Steve Smith
Steve joined water2business after working in leadership roles within the banking industry for 18 years. He is responsible for the account management and business development departments.
