What’s more, water2business has delivered a record annual performance score of 97.2% against expectations in the prestigious industry rankings compiled by Market Operator Services Ltd (MOSL), affirming water2business’ status as the market leader.

MOSL closely monitors the performance of water retailers, and its annual Market Performance Standards Report outlines levels of performance across all market processes, all of which can affect the service that business customers receive and the smooth running of the retail market.

This excellent result caps a strong 12 months of growth for water2business, in which it maintained its water industry top spot on Trustpilot, with a score of 4.9 out of 5 stars from over 600 customer reviews. The water retailer has successfully expanded its 85,000-strong client portfolio over the past year to include leading brands Pirelli, Coffee#1 and Vision Express.
