Delivering excellent customer service forms part of the promise we make to our customers of service, sustainability and savings and in recognition of this we spoke to some of our customer services employees about their roles and why they love working at water2business.

The retail service desk is the line of communication between water2business, the wholesalers and the market operator.

It's vital that the information we hold here on our systems at water2business matches with the overall information held by the market operator. My main responsibility is dealing with rejected transactions - these are the transactions that require a little attention to ensure they can go through. Everyone likes to be treated efficiently and professionally if they have a problem or a query, so I strive to make sure I deliver what I personally would expect.

I love working here at water2business it's a great professional, thriving business with lots of amazing lovely people who I feel very lucky to have met and have the pleasure of working with. 

water2business has great customer service by simply being professional, well-trained and willing to improve all services to provide the best possible customer care. I feel we constantly strive to offer not only the best customer care but also great team building with staff. Training is great and the willingness and kindness from team leaders and managers to help is fantastic, which all contributes to provide the best possible services for our customers.

I feel that everyone in their respective roles does as much as they can to be the best and therefore the end result is the company often going above and beyond in their actions.
