Latest contract renewal continues strong 2022 for national water retailer
National water retailer water2business has extended its partnership with Asian-inspired restaurant chain itsu, maintaining its successful year to date. The contract renewal will see water2business continue its end-to-end billing support for a further two years.
The announcement comes after water2business announced similar contract extensions with key clients Advinia Health Care and Boston Tea Party.
Since the start of their partnership, water2business has provided consolidated billing and account support to 40 of itsu’s sites nationwide, saving the business 6% per year on its water bills with a more streamlined and efficient process.
Itsu’s commitment to sustainability has seen it pioneer the reusable metal spork in its restaurants, as well as its recyclable aluminium flasks. This sustainable focus makes it a fitting partner for water2business, which aims to deliver ‘Service, Sustainability and Savings’ to over 82,000 businesses across the UK.
This news follows a successful few months for the national water retailer, which recently secured its position as the number one ranked large water retailer for market performance compliance for a fifth consecutive year.
Commenting on the contract renewal, Managing Director of water2business, Charley Maher, said:
“Across our broad range of customers at water2business, we are proud to partner with some of the most innovative businesses – and itsu is no different. Known for their healthy twist on the traditional high-street fast-food market and sustainable approach, itsu are a great fit for our own ambitions and outlook as a business, so we are delighted to have extended our partnership with this rapidly expanding organisation for another two years.
“Following hot on the heels of two other contract renewals with highly respected national organisations, this latest extension is another major boost. As we approach the midway point of 2022, this is proving to be another successful year for us and we are excited to see what the rest of the year brings as we continue to expand and diversify our customer portfolio.”
