    Salary - c£45k, car allowance plus bonus

    The role

    You will play a critical role in the day to day management and optimisation of the performance across water2business, ensuring that all systems, processes and procedures are compliant whilst delivering the highest level of customer service and deliver the results set by the Board.

    Reporting into the Operations Director you will ensure strategic objectives are implemented across the business. You will ensure we are compliant with market codes and practices and all regulatory requirements, tracking and reporting of service level agreement performance to ensure suppliers and team members are focused on achieving contractual obligations.

    You will ensure you are up-to-date with the core functions of water2business, such as new customer on-boarding, account management, customer services, suppliers and technical/systems services; anticipating associated risks and opportunities. You will also assist in preparing data and information to report on operational activity, KPIs and results for the monthly board pack, service level agreement meetings, management meetings and any other updates as required.

    About you

    In order to succeed, you should have experience of managing operational functions in a customer services environment, be capable of excellent project planning, and have strong leadership and exceptional problem-solving skills, along with good communication skills.

    You will have proven senior level relationship building skills, both internally and externally and able to influence senior stakeholders. Someone who is focused on results, you will be passionate about continuous improvement and driving innovation.

    The ideal candidate will also come from a regulatory and compliance environment.
