    Head of Customer Service

    Over the past 12 years Karen has worked in various areas at the front end of customer service excellence and recently developed into a more senior role as Head of Customer Service at water2business. She is responsible for the day to day operation of our customer facing frontline teams, such as the contact centre, customer relations and major billing.


    She is also responsible for the retail service desk which deals with the everyday interaction between wholesalers and the market operator. Karen and her teams strive to deliver a great customer journey, finding the best solution for each of our customers, quickly, correctly and with a helpful and professional attitude.
