    Account Management Support

Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will offer key support to the Service Delivery Managers and Account Managers alike.

    We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an articulate individual to take up an apprenticeship position within our friendly water2business offices. Supporting our administration team in Nailsea to deliver a quality service to our Trade Effluent customers, the successful candidate will receive first class on the job training whilst completing a diploma at Weston College.

    Customer Relations Team Leader

    This position is unique within our business, giving you the opportunity to bring the team vision to life. You will be responsible for leading the Customer Relations team to meet their objectives and deliver outstanding customer service. You will need to engage your team in a customer facing environment and will be a champion for root cause analysis and process simplification, working to create efficiencies across our business.
