Joe is responsible for the efficient running of the water2business contact centre as well as ensuring the service provided by the centre is second to none. He has worked in customer services all of his career and within the water industry since 2008.
Recently he has been shortlisted for the Contact Centre Manager of the Year award at the UK National Contact Centre Awards. He is passionate about establishing his team as the elite providers of customer service, through knowledge, engagement and passion for the role.
