    Customer Relations Manager

    Gemma is responsible for the day-to-day running of our customer relations team. She has eight years' experience in customer relations, starting her journey in the contact centre and in 2017,  won Contact Centre Manager of the year.

     

    Her main focus is providing exceptional customer service for all of our customers whilst empowering her team to be the best they can be through coaching and one-to-ones. Gemma's different roles throughout her career give her the knowledge and experience on how to best fully equip her team to provide resolutions for our customers at first point of contact.
