    Based in Nailsea just South of Bristol and employing around 60 people, we are in modern, newly refurbished offices with all the local shops and eateries on our doorstep. 
    Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and our industry-leading customer service has led us to receive the lowest number of complaints out of all the major water retailers.     The role:
    We have a unique and exciting opportunity for two articulate individuals to take up an apprenticeship with our friendly, supportive water2business team. The role will work across our Customer Relations and Customer Contact teams for maximum development opportunities.
    The successful candidates will receive first class on the job training whilst completing a supported NVQ2 in Customer Service at Weston College.
    Our friendly and engaging Customer Relations team are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through a variety of communication channels including telephone, letter and email.  Our lively and welcoming Contact Centre team are responsible for providing elite service experiences for our customers through inbound telephone and email contact.  
    We achieve customer excellence by treating every customer as an individual and using our skills and knowledge to build rapport, establish trust and find an effective solution.
    About you:
    You will have a genuine demonstratable passion for delivering great customer service and will adopt a positive, enthusiastic approach to your work.
    You will be someone who enjoys working as part of a highly motivated team who pull together and thrive in a busy and engaging atmosphere.
    To be considered for this position, you will have: 
    * A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) grades A* - C /4+ including Maths and English
    * A keen interest in customer service 
    * A positive and proactive approach with the ability to motivate both themselves and others
    * Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
    * Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
