• Your water is our business

At water2business we offer leading customer service and tailored water and wastewater management that will help to improve efficiency and deliver savings.

We're not a newcomer to the market - we're a company with extensive industry knowledge that has a proven track record and already provides business services.

water2business was born out of a joint billing venture created by Bristol Water and Wessex Water in 2000.

  • Our customers are at the heart of everything we do

From 1 April 2017 business customers from Bristol Water and Wessex Water were transferred automatically to water2business when the new non-household retail market opened up.

Our ethos remains the same: to work in partnership with SMEs, large businesses, public sector bodies, charities and multi-site organisations to create water efficiency programmes designed to meet their specific needs.

9 out of 10 customers are happy with the accuracy and clarity of their bills from water2business

We are committed to working openly with all our customers and delivering on the promises we make.

We aim to be pragmatic and transparent in our dealings, giving you total understanding of your water consumption and how best to reduce costs and improve your environmental performance.

So whether you're looking for help to reduce water consumption - which in turn could reduce energy costs too - or flexible, consolidated billing for multiple sites, we can help.
